Shipping, Returns and Refunds

When will I receive my order?

By default, orders will arrive within a maximum of 5-7 business days via BlueEx, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout. However, due to high demand, processing time for the orders would increase. If that is the case, you will be informed appropriately. 

Which cities do you ship to?

We have partnered with Blue Ex to deliver our products all over Pakistan. 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping and processing costs start from 300 PKR. The Naghma clutches are carefully packed in our custom Naghma box so that nothing turns up damaged at your doorstep!

How can I track my order?

Your shipping notification email will include a Blue Ex tracking code that you can use to track your order. 

What is your return and/or refund policy?

We accept returns within 1 business days of receiving the product. If more than 2 days have gone by since your order purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate your return/refund, email us at

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must have a defect that was attained during the shipping process. It must also be in the original packaging. All our items go through quality assurance to avoid any problems.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
