Where are your products made?

Our products are designed at our fashion studio in Paris and handmade by craftsmen in Lahore. Quality is of utmost importance to us, which is why we partner with factories and suppliers that work with other international brands.

Where can I see Naghma products in person?

We exclusively sell our products online. From time to time, we organize a few pop-up stores and participate in exhibitions. 

How do I cancel my order?

Request for cancellations should be made within 1 business day after the order has been placed. You can email us at orders@naghma.com

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive the confirmation email and the receipt as soon as you place an order. Make sure to check your email SPAM folder.

What is your exchange policy?

Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges.

When will I receive my order?

By default, orders will arrive within a maximum of 5-7 business days via Blue Ex, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout. Visit Shipping, Returns & Refund for more information.

What are the payment options?

We accept Jazz Cash, Debit/Card Card, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. Visit Payment Methods for more information.

What is your refund and/or return policy?
